The problem of fake universities continues to remain a challenge of the Indian education system. As a key area of Indian living and future outlook for their children, parents and family add a lot of emphasis on child’s education and would naturally want them to obtain the highest and best of learning and education. This however has led to the sprouting of many so-called universities that offers at times for exorbitant sums of money degrees to potential victims without having registered/recognition from the UGC, the government body that approves whether an educational body is a university or not.
