History and Origin:

Hamburgers are currently one of the most eaten foods in America. In the 17th century, the steak of Hamburger was known as “Frikadelle” and served without the bun in Germany. In Hamburger Rundstück, an old version of Hamburger became popular in 1869. Then at Louis’ Lunch restaurant in Connecticut, the owner served fried steak in between two bread toast along with cheese. Thus with time, many modifications were made, and today’s Hamburger or burger was invented. There is still doubt about the origin between Germany and America.

How to serve?
